Studio Methodology

Methodology & Slow Craft Practice

A disciplined focus on unhurried traditional methods, natural raw fibers, and architectural permanence.

Phase 01

Raw Fiber Curation & Spinning

Sourcing heritage uncarded fleeces directly from small regenerative ranches to preserve natural lanolin, crimp, and acoustic density.

Phase 02

Botanical Living Dye Vats

Extracted slowly in cast-iron cauldrons with pure rainwater and organic reduction agents, producing light-fast living mineral tones.

Phase 03

Floor Loom Weaving & Tension

Individual hand-thrown shuttles, soumak tapestry knots, and structural flax warps tensioned to museum-grade archival standards.
